Can California lemon law apply to a used car?
It can, depending on the warranty and the vehicle-specific facts. A used vehicle may retain manufacturer coverage or carry a dealer or certified pre-owned warranty. An “as is” disclosure, service contract, and written warranty are different documents and should be evaluated separately.
